Structural composition design
The complete set of calcium chloride solution reaction plant consists of limestone feeding machinery (belt conveyor, forklift,traveling (belt conveyor, shovel, crane), multi-stage reactor, reaction gas scrubber recovery device, lime slurry preparation device, PH adjustment tank, clarification system, filter press system, finished product storage tank.
Working principle
Add specially designed atomizer inside the fixed fluidized bed, through the atomizer, the liquid will be atomized into fine droplets, and the droplets will contact with different particles of materials in fluidized bed and attach to the surface of the particles to complete the dry coal granulation process, through adjusting the particle shaping system, different particle sizes of material particles can be obtained.
