In the hardware design using TI-DLP chip and image sensor chip for integrated circuit design, greatly improve the communication efficiency and stability, to achieve 0.03 seconds high-speed scanning; in the software using interactive dialog box mode high coupling design, to further simplify the user operation process to reduce human-computer interaction, a key to automatically complete the global registration of the point cloud, denoising and melting, lossless meshing, automatically generate STL standard 3D format, can be imported into reverse design software, CNC machining systems and 3D printers and other applications. During the scanning process, the system will automatically select the appropriate configuration parameters according to the mode judgment of the scanned object, so that customers do not need to carry out tedious and professional parameter configuration, thus making the operation process more natural and smooth. In addition, the system supports both normal and fine scanning modes, supports two splicing modes of features and marker points, and can be extended to support the frame point mode of photogrammetry system, thus adapting to a wide range of scanning scenes.
